Terms and Conditions of Transfer. acts as a broker for various transport companies on the Costa del Sol with the aim of finding the best value transfers for their customers using reputable and reliable operators. On reserving a transfer through the web site the customer agrees to the rules and conditions of the operator in question as shown below.

In agreeing to the terms and conditions the client accepts that will in no way be held responsible for any losses, expenses or claims made by the client in the event of any problem associated with the transfer and all claims will lay with the company that provided the transport for the transfer.

Clients may cancel their transfer up to 48 hours prior to travel with no charge. After this time the transfer will be invoiced to the clients credit card for a payment of 50% of the total return fare due.

Please be aware that we do not contract with you to provide you with carriage. We agree to reserve your transport, and confirm that the operator has received your reservation. All liability rests with the transfer operator, will not be held accountable for any claim made.

Having taken extensive steps, we can confirm that to the best of our knowledge all operators featured on this website are fully licensed to the legislation governed by their country of operation. As laws and licensing rules vary from country to country some of the operators conditions may limit or exclude liability. We strongly recommend as with any form of travel that the client takes out adequate travel insurance for their vacation.

The website also offers third party holiday extras through a range of advertising and affiliate schemes. These include car hire, accommodation, tours and excursions, holiday insurance and car parking. In using the website to make reservations with the above companies the client is deemed to agree with the terms and conditions of the company with which they make the booking. Any claim is to be made directly with the company involved, will not be held responsible for any disputes or refunds arising from any problems with these companies.

In the event that the destination zone entered on the booking form is incorrect an additional supplement may be charged to cover fuel, drivers hours etc.

The transfer and vehicle is reserved for the number of passengers shown on the booking form. Please inform in advance of any extra passengers who may arrive with your party. If the number of passengers is different than shown on the booking form an additional surcharge may be charged and if there is no spare seats the extra person will be refused transport.

Please state on the booking form if you need to collect keys en route to your accommodation. If the pick up point is on the route there will be no additional charge, however if the transport needs to take a detour of more than 3 km an additional charge may be payable on the day to cover extra fuel and drivers hours

The confirmation page or email is your ticket. This must be presented to the driver, representative or agent for both the outward and return trip.

The destination and pickup addresses on your ticket are the address to which you will be delivered and picked up. Should you wish to change these or any other details, this must be done by email directly with at least 48 hours prior to the date of travel.

All luggage must be clearly labelled with the owners name and destination address.

Customers are limited to one item of luggage plus hand luggage. (4 passengers travelling in one saloon car are limited to three small suitcases or two large suitcases plus hand luggage in total). Any excess luggage must be declared at the time of booking. In the event of a client having excess luggage, or their agents reserve the right to refuse to transport the items if lack of space dictates. or their agents reserves the right (and delegates to its chauffeurs the right) to refuse to carry any person who is thought to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs and/or whose behaviour is considered to pose a threat to the chauffeur, the vehicle or the other passenger(s).

Passengers are not allowed to take onto our vehicles any alcoholic drinks for the purpose of consuming them, or to drink such drinks on our vehicles.

Smoking is not permitted in vehicles. will use every reasonable means to ensure that the vehicle(s) arrives on time to begin the period of hire and that it reaches its destination on time. will not incur any liability whatsoever in the event of any delay due to causes beyond its control. Vehicles are fully insured for passenger and third party claims, as required under Spanish law. However, whilst every care is always taken, customers' property is carried entirely at their own risk and no responsibility can be accepted for loss or damage. Customers are therefore advised to check their own travel insurance.

All transfers booked are done so with the aim of providing a private transfer. There may be rare occasions where due to flight delays, adverse weather or technical problems it may be necessary to combine a transfer and share with another party. This will be offered where it will cause less delay to the client than waiting for a delayed private transfer. Under these circumstances will not be liable to pay any compensation to the client.

On rare occasions due to flight delays or due technical problems reserve the right to substitute the advertised vehicle for another vehicle type which may not have as high specification as advertised, this will include the provision of baby/booster seats which may not always be available. Under these circumstances will not be liable to pay any compensation to the client. and their agents will endeavour to carry the passenger with the minimum discomfort and inconvenience to his/her destination shown on the confirmation document. However circumstances beyond our control may prevent the achievement of this responsibility. The following are examples of circumstances which are not within our control:

  • accidents causing delays to the vehicle
  • exceptional or severe weather conditions
  • compliance with requests of the police
  • deaths and accidents on the road
  • vandalism and terrorism
  • unforeseen traffic delays
  • industrial action by third parties
  • problems caused by other customers
  • the vehicle being held or delayed by a police officer or government official
  • other circumstances affecting passenger safety

If or their agents fail for any reason within our control to deliver its passengers to their confirmed destination, a full refund will be given on the fare paid.

Your consumer statutory rights are not affected
